Project Manager · Automation & Delivery
Hi, I'm Jovana - a Project Manager for automation delivery and the messy human stuff in between.
About Me
Four years of delivering automation across global teams taught me what actually moves projects forward, and what just looks like it does.
I sit between business and engineering. I translate vague requirements into Process Design Documents, BPMN diagrams, and user stories teams can actually build from.
Before scoping, I ask why. This approach uncovered 80+ optimization & automation opportunities during an on-site discovery workshop in India, most of them invisible until someone asked the right question.
55+ enterprise automations shipped across Incident Management, Revenue Assurance, Field Service, and more. Cross-functional teams, concurrent priorities, real production load.
I've worked across two different worlds - IT delivery and a creative side project I ran for four years. The two halves of my brain talk to each other, and the crossover changed how I think. I bring the standards of someone who used to ship to real customers.
My Work
Sit with the people doing the work. Map dependencies, surface blockers, name what's actually broken. Outputs: PDDs, BPMN diagrams, no assumptions.
Translate the business need into something engineering can build. Define scope, identify risks, decide what's in and what's a phase-two problem.
Manage the cross-functional dance, the accounts, infrastructure, SME testing, integration. Keep the team unblocked. Ship in production, not in slides.
Once it's live, watch how it actually behaves. If it works, make it better. If it doesn't, find out why fast.
Where this gets applied.
Most of my work lives in automation delivery. Building tools, processes, and governance that stand up to production load and scale across global business units.
The projects themselves are bound by confidentiality, but the shape of the work is consistent: complex environments, cross-functional teams, stakeholders across multiple regions and disciplines, and the kind of clarity that takes patience to build.

It's this balance of professionalism and personal care that makes her a great person to work with.
Exceptional ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, dynamic energy to the team.
Personal Side Quest
For four years, I ran Zamezze - a handmade epoxy art brand I built alongside my work in IT delivery. It was small. It was mine. And it was where I learned things no enterprise project would have taught me.
Priorities changed and Zamezze is no longer my passion. But its standards stayed.
When you're the founder, the maker, the customer service, and the person packing the box at 11pm, there's nowhere to hide. Every decision is yours. Every mistake is yours. Every happy customer is yours too.
My rule was simple: I wouldn't sell what I wouldn't buy.
Zamezze may no longer be the path I'm pursuing, but it shaped the way I approach everything I do — with ownership, attention to detail, and the belief that quality is built into the small things people usually overlook.
